The hot phase in the sauna has a relaxing effect, increases blood circulation and stimulates the immune system. Cooling down is then of central importance. The cold causes the blood vessels dilated by the heat to contract quickly. The interplay of heat and cold stimuli thus acts as effective vascular training for the immune and cardiovascular systems.

Unique wellness concept

The ice steam room revitalises the senses, promotes resilience and provides a health-boosting cool-down after the sauna. Various forms of water merge to create a unique wellness concept. Snow, mist and ice bring the body back into a soothing balance and complete the sauna session with a refreshing relaxation.

The gentle way to relax

A year-round, refreshing Arctic experience at temperatures of 0-5 °C. Unlike short, powerful cold stimuli, where the body is directly exposed to cold water, FRIMAS is a gentler, more circulation-friendly method of cooling. It invites you to linger for up to 10 minutes and cools the body gently and effectively without putting too much strain on it.

GLACIER ice wall

The GLACIER ice wall, optionally with ice fog, creates an arctic experience with temperatures between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius. The walls can be fitted with one or more cooling elements. These cool the room constantly and at the same time ensure that ice forms from water running over the walls. The frozen surfaces create a wintery, cosy wall of ice. As the central element of the room, it conjures up a magical ice ambience and intensifies the cold effect.

Customised room concept

The multi-sensory cooling experience with a variety of spectacular design options creates a unique, holistic wellness concept. In addition, the FRIMAS ice steam room can be customised in size and with a wide range of equipment features, such as the HOLLI snow and fog shower or various ice fountains (e.g. STALAGMITE, POLARIS), according to your wishes.

HOLLI ice steam shower

The HOLLI ice steam shower transforms the ice steam room into a winter wonderland and offers an additional cold experience. It produces a natural flurry of snow at the touch of a button - without any harmful additives. The snow is produced from a snow shaft in the ceiling. Dancing icy, sparkling snow crystals stimulate the senses and refresh the skin, while the mist distributes revitalising cool air.

Ice fountain STALAGMITE

The KLAFS STALAGMITE ice fountain can be integrated into the new ice steam room. Unlike usual, the ice in this fountain grows upwards like a flower, creating an impressive ice spectacle. The fountain is equipped with an ice bowl that creates an atmospheric ambience with blue LED lighting or a colour light change. POLARIS ice fountain

Alternatively, the icy cabin can also be complemented by the POLARIS ice fountain, which enhances the cooling experience with its flexible design and modular arrangement. POLARIS produces particularly soft ice and granular, non-sharp-edged ice flakes. The ice flakes have a nice side effect: they exfoliate the skin. The optional colour change sets the scene for the ice fountain and the ice crystals begin to glisten. This means you can add another eye-catching feature to your FRIMAS ice steam room in addition to the GLACIER ice wall.
