Exterior cladding

The free-standing version of the S11 sauna is designed with a high-quality and elegant external finish in an eye-catching metallic "champagne" colour.

Wooden slats

Perfectly dimensioned, horizontal wooden slats, combined with the semi-translucent Japanese "Washi" paper, create a naturally homogeneous lighting atmosphere creating an organic, warm feeling of endless space.

Lighting technology

Innovative lighting technology allows the colours to float effortlessly through the cabin creating a feeling of deep relaxation.

Floating benches

The harmonious design between the free-floating, rounded loungers and walls is seamless and creates the feeling of space allowing for hours of relaxation.

Insulating glass front

The frameless, transparent glass front creates the illusion of space and with its insulating properties has a faster and more efficient heat-up time keeping the cabin at an optimal temperature.

The S11 Sauna is limited to 999 pieces. The limited edition S11 sauna is discreetly numbered on its Porsche KLAFS identity plaque to add that extra touch of exclusivity.

Studio F. A. Porsche is renowned for designing products globally and turning brands into experiences using only the highest forms of design, materials and technology. In 1972, Ferdinand Alexander Porsche – who back in 1963 designed the iconic Porsche 911 – founded his own studio for product design. To this day, Studio F. A. Porsche follows the design principles and philosophy of its founder.

A warm and inviting atmosphere

The S11 sauna has been carefully dimensioned with precisely angled horizontal wooden slats on three sides and traditional Japanese Washi paper as a backdrop. With its translucent Washi paper, seemingly free-floating loungers and specially designed lighting technology the S11 sauna invites an organic, warm feeling of space and depth.

Wellness and style in perfect harmony

A purist and aesthetic look is created with rounded elements, flowing transitions between the benches and walls, and hidden technology. The S11 sauna is also available as a free-standing option with a high-quality external finish in metallic "champagne" or as a customised built-in version.

S11 sauna equipment

Interior design

The internal walls of the S11 sauna are designed with ornamental horizontal slats creating an illusion of floating to the Hemlock structure. Behind is a Japanese "Washi" semi transparent screen which allows the light to shine through creating a subtle and homogenous distribution of light which instantly provides a feeling of pure elegance and relaxation. The rounded elements of the 3D milling design create a flowing transition from wall to bench - these are available as straight or elegant angled benches in Hemlock or Obeche.

FERO sauna and SANARIUM® heater

The FERO free-standing heater is ideal for smaller sauna floor plans. With its unobtrusive design, it blends harmoniously into all sauna series and - despite its compact size - makes intensive infusions possible. Available in two sizes.

MAJUS sauna and SANARIUM® heater

The MAJUS free-standing sauna heater is visually appealing and is just as impressive on a technical level. The low heating rod load ensures an exceptionally long service life, and the innovatively designed thermal insulation makes it efficient. What’s more, with its filling capacity of 60kg of sauna stones, it offers the same infusion characteristics as other heaters but with significantly increased stone volume.

VITALITY BOOST

If you want to lie back and relax while enjoying an infusion, you’ll love our SANARIUM® MAJUS or FERO heaters with VITALITY BOOST. They allow you to enjoy an extremely comfortable automatic infusion with precise air circulation. An exclusive world first that is only available from KLAFS. The infusion ceremony can be started using a button in the sauna, as a preset programme via the 21033 or 21033 T control unit, the 21040 T control unit or by voice command.

Sauna control unit 21029 / 21033

The KLAFS sauna control units 21029 and 21033 (SANARIUM®) are an elegant, flat ‘one box’ design with a high-quality printed glass panel and 7-inch colour display. Its intuitive design and clear display ensures a user-friendly experience. The controls are also available as a T-model with a separate power section on request.

The KLAFS sauna control units 21029 T and 21033 T impress with their minimalist, elegant design, high-quality inlay aluminum look (available in 6 anodized colors) and separate power section. The flat, floating and compact style is complemented by intuitive user guidance and a clear user interface.

NOOA luminaire

The NOOA luminaire. Design by Studio F. A. Porsche offers glare free lighting and features a two-tone shade with an anthracite outershade whilst the inner shade has a decorative anodized gold look. The decorative luminaire is temperature-resistant and is suitable for use above sauna ovens. It is compatible with both the 21029 control unit or the 21033 SANARIUM control unit to create an individual lighting mood.

KLAFS Sauna App

With the KLAFS app, you can conveniently control your SANARIUM® whilst on the go. The SANARIUM® will await you perfectly heated to your desired temperature, saving you both time and energy. The app offers all the conveniences of being able to switch your SANARIUM® on and off, checking its status, presetting the time, and regulating the humidity.

KLAFS KNX module

The individually configurable interface with predefined data points connects your sauna with the on-site building management system. The programming and transfer of the data points to the building management system is a service provided by the customer. The KNX module can only be used in conjunction with a 21029 or 21033 control unit.

With the lighting technology exclusively developed for the S11 sauna a completely new and stunning colour experience has been created. Each colour scenario allows for a different sauna and relaxation experience.
